We plan many daylong excursions throughout the year. At least two trips are scheduled every month. The "theme" of these trips is to familiarize children with different professions. We would like to meet a gardener, a baker, a firefighter, a policeman and a salesperson. Furthermore, we are planning a trip to the Marine Museum in Gdynia, to the Aqua Park and to the Zoo. We are open to any suggestions and ideas from parents.

The most important objective of all activities is the development of social skills and social awareness of our children. This is achieved through the following:

• development of sensitivity to other people, especially to younger children and their needs
• assertiveness
• helping others and sharing
• listening and subordination
• good table manners
• independence in personal hygiene and in dressing
• picking up and organising toys
• compromising, fight avoidance, positive conflict resolution and learning how not to hurt someone else's feelings
• development of concentration through listening to stories and participation in class activities
• development of conversation skills without interrupting others
